All our analyses are carried out using either gas chromatography (GC) or liquid chromatography (LC) coupled with a mass spectrometry (MS) detector.
Thermo Scientific Vanquish LC coupled to Q Exactive HF MS
For our broad metabolite methods, we use our two ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatography instruments coupled with Thermo Q Exactive HF mass spectrometers. These instruments are highly advanced top-performing instruments that generates data of very high quality.
Agilent GC-qMS
Most of our quantifications are performed on our gas chromatography mass spectrometry instruments, which deliver very robust and reproducible results.
Our GC-MS instruments are equipped with either a standard robust EI ion source or an Extractor ion source for increased sensitivity.
